What are monthly complimentary credits?

Think of this as a monthly credit that helps cover the cost of specific services. Each plan includes a certain dollar amount:

Launch Plan: Includes a $10 monthly usage value.

Boost Plan: Includes a $25 monthly usage value.


How it Works: This dollar value automatically applies first to cover costs for certain services before any additional charges apply.


On the Launch Plan, your $10 value helps cover the cost of your Core Communications (phone calls, SMS, email sending) and all metered AI and Additional Services.

On the Boost Plan, your $25 value helps cover the cost of your Core Communications (phone calls, SMS, email sending) and certain Additional Services (like WhatsApp and Premium Triggers). Important: All AI usage (including Core AI Assistant, Content AI, Workflows, etc.) is UNLIMITED on the Boost plan and does NOT use up your $25 included value.

What Happens Next: Once your included monthly usage value runs out on the applicable services for your plan, any further usage within that month will be billed at our standard metered rates (see "Are there any other fees or charges?"). These charges are automatically added to your bill.

You can easily track your usage and see how much of your included value you've used directly in your account.

Are there any other fees?

Yes, beyond your main monthly subscription fee, there are costs for usage that goes beyond your included monthly value, plus a few standard fees.

1. Metered Usage Charges:

These charges apply only after your monthly included usage value (see FAQ 1) has been fully used up for the services it covers on your plan.

Core Communications Usage (Applies to Launch & Boost once value is spent):

Outgoing Phone Calls: $0.042 per minute

Incoming Phone Calls: $0.0255 per minute

SMS Text Messages: $0.0237 per segment (a standard text is typically one segment)

Emails Sent: $0.002 per email

AI Usage:

On the Boost Plan: ALL AI USAGE IS UNLIMITED. There are NO metered usage charges for any AI services on the Boost plan (this includes Core AI Assistant interactions like Chat, Voice, Review Responses, Content AI, Workflows, etc.).

On the Launch Plan: AI usage is metered after your $10 included value is used.

AI Chat Messages (Inbound/Outbound): $0.06 per message

AI Voice Interactions: ~$0.2855 per minute Total (This rate includes both the AI processing cost and the inbound call rate of $0.0255/min.)

AI Review Response Generation: $0.24 per response

Content AI - Word Generation: $0.135 per 1000 words

Content AI - Image Generation: $0.09 per image

Workflow Executions: $0.03 - $0.06 per execution (depends on complexity)

AI Conversation Items (Non-Core): $0.03 per item

Other Metered Services (Applies to Launch & Boost once value is spent):

WhatsApp Conversations: ~$0.15 per conversation (estimate, carrier dependent)

Premium Triggers/Actions: $0.03 per trigger

Usage fees are billed as they occur and rates can change with prior notice.

2. Other Standard Fees:

These are separate from metered usage.


Taxes: Applicable state and local sales taxes or other required government charges apply to all fees.


Carrier Fees: Standard industry fees for services like A2P 10DLC registration (for business texting, typically ~$2 - 10/month) and holding phone numbers (1 - $5/month per number) are passed through separately.


Setup Fee: The Boost plan has a one-time standard setup fee of $999. The Launch plan is self-guided with no setup fee.

Do I get training?

Do I have to pay for any upcoming features?

As a Big Show Systems customer, you’re already grandfathered into your current plan. That means that any new standard features added to your plan in the future are yours to enjoy, at no extra cost! We update our system frequently, so you’ll always have access to the latest and greatest standard features that the industry has to offer.Please note that while all new standard features are free, new premium-added features will incur a cost that you will be responsible for if you choose to activate them in your account.
