What's the difference between Guardian and Revenue Engine?
Guardian covers your online leads: AI website chat, online booking, CRM, all-in-one inbox, missed-call text-back, and follow-up automations. Revenue Engine adds the AI Voice Agent that answers, qualifies, and routes or books inbound calls, plus reputation management and AI-assisted review responses. If inbound calls go unanswered after hours or during busy stretches, Revenue Engine is the upgrade. Guardian does not answer phone calls with AI voice.
What does Guardian's $50 usage credit cover?
It applies $50/month toward metered AI usage plus calls, texts, emails, and eligible add-ons. On Guardian, AI usage is metered — the credit is applied first each month, then any additional usage bills at standard metered rates.
What does the Revenue Engine $100 credit cover?
It applies $100/month toward call minutes, texts, emails, and eligible add-ons. Core AI usage for voice, chat, and review responses is already included (subject to fair use), so the credit goes toward the communication and add-on costs that sit on top of the AI.
If Revenue Engine includes unlimited core AI, why are there still usage credits?
Because AI processing and communications are separate cost buckets. "Unlimited core AI usage" covers the AI doing the work — voice, chat, and review responses, subject to fair use. Phone minutes, SMS, and email are infrastructure delivered by carriers and providers, and those remain usage-based. The $100 credit offsets those communication costs each month.
What happens after my monthly credit is used?
Additional usage bills at standard metered rates for the services tied to your plan. You only pay for what you use beyond the included credit.
Are there setup fees?
Guardian has no setup fee and uses self-guided onboarding. Revenue Engine has a one-time $999 setup with done-with-you onboarding. Enterprise setup is custom and scoped to your build.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract — cancel anytime.
Which plan should I choose?
If your leads come mostly through your website and forms, start with Guardian. If you're losing business when inbound calls go unanswered after hours or during busy stretches, choose Revenue Engine — it's our most popular plan. If you run multiple locations or need custom workflows and a managed build, talk to us about Enterprise.
Is Enterprise only for large companies?
Not strictly. Enterprise is for higher call volume, multiple locations, custom integrations, or teams that want a done-for-you build with a dedicated account manager and an SLA. If a standard plan doesn't fit your workflow, Enterprise is the custom option.
Are phone, SMS, email, carrier, taxes, or registration fees included?
Phone, text, email, carrier fees, taxes, and number registration fees are billed separately from your plan and your AI usage. Your monthly usage credit applies toward eligible communication costs; anything beyond the credit bills at standard metered rates.

What are monthly complimentary credits?
Think of this as a monthly credit that helps cover the cost of specific services. Each plan includes a certain dollar amount:
AI Receptionist: Includes a $50 monthly usage value.
Revenue Optimizer: Includes a $100 monthly usage value.
How it Works: This dollar value automatically applies first to cover costs for certain services before any additional charges apply.
On the AI Recptionist, your $50 value helps cover the cost of your Core Communications (phone calls, SMS, email sending) and all metered AI and Additional Services.
On the Revenue Optimizer, your $100 value helps cover the cost of your Core Communications (phone calls, SMS, email sending) and certain Additional Services (like WhatsApp and Premium Triggers).
What Happens Next: Once your included monthly usage value runs out on the applicable services for your plan, any further usage within that month will be billed at our standard metered rates (see "Are there any other fees or charges?"). These charges are automatically added to your bill.

Are there any other fees?
Yes, beyond your main monthly subscription fee, there are costs for usage that goes beyond your included monthly value, plus a few standard fees.

On the Launch Plan: AI usage is metered after your credits are used.
