Simple pricing for local businesses

Get found on Google.
Never lose a lead.

Winning local customers is two jobs: they have to find you, and someone has to answer when they reach out. Plan 1 handles the finding. Plan 2 handles both. Prices start at $99 a month — and every price is on this page.

Which sounds like you?

Plan 1 · Local Presence

Become the obvious choice on Google

Before they ever call, customers size you up on Google — and a stale profile reads like a business that's slipping. Google's own advice for local businesses is short and specific: complete information, accurate hours, photos, and replying to reviews. We do that work every week, so the customer comparing you against two competitors picks you.

What Google actually says about ranking

Google names three things for local results: relevance, distance, and prominence — and says prominence comes from how many sites link to you and how many reviews you have, with “more reviews and positive ratings” able to help your local ranking. Its published tips for keeping your profile working are complete business information, a verified location, accurate hours, replying to reviews, and photos. Weekly posts are not on that list — independent testing has found no measurable ranking lift from posting. We publish them because they're what a customer sees when deciding whether to call, not because they move your rank. Nobody can guarantee rankings, us included.

$99 /month per location

Right for you if: Google already sends you business, but nobody on your team keeps the profile up.

How we do it:

  • A fresh post every week — from the offers, events, photos, and news you approve, so the customer checking you out sees a business that's open and busy
    Post examples & limits

Posts can feature an approved offer, event, update, photo, or news item — you supply the facts and assets. A week with no approved material is skipped; skipped weeks don't accumulate or roll over.

  • Your details kept right — hours, services, phone, and links, so nobody hits a wrong number or a closed door. It's the first thing on Google's own list
  • Up to 50 routine review replies a month — normally within 2 business days, in your voice, under rules you approve. Google says helpful replies help you stand out; every reviewer sees you show up
What counts as a routine review?

Routine replies are thank-yous and ordinary service responses that follow the written voice and rules you approve. Complaints, legal or safety issues, refunds, employee allegations, and regulated claims come to you before any reply goes out.

  • Problems caught early — we fix routine profile issues before customers notice, and send anything sensitive to you to decide
  • A monthly summary — work done, items still open

Your part: give us manager access, keep the post content coming, tell us when things change, and approve our reply rules.

Take my Google profile off my plate
Who does what, and what's not included
BSS handles
  • Routine edits to one verified profile you own
  • One Google post published each week from content you provide and approve
  • Up to 50 routine review replies per month, normally within 2 business days
  • Escalating complaints, legal, safety, or policy issues to you
  • The monthly work and exception summary
You provide
  • A verified profile and secure manager access
  • Accurate changes before they should go public
  • A steady supply of offers, events, photos, and news, so there is approved content to post each week
  • A written voice and approval policy for replies
  • Decisions on complaints, disputes, sensitive cases

Your business stays the owner. BSS works with manager access only, and that access is removed if you leave. The Google profile itself is free — your fee pays BSS to manage it. Google publishes its own tips for working with third-party profile managers — we encourage you to read them. Weekly posts come from content you provide and approve; a week with no approved content is skipped, and skipped weeks don't accumulate or roll over. Suspensions, reinstatements, ownership disputes, complex or disputed duplicate cleanup, moves, mergers, and migrations are quoted separately. Standard platform-detected duplicate review is included only with Listings Sync. Google controls what publishes and how you rank.

Add more only when you need it

Both add-ons work with either plan.

Add-on · Listings Sync

Be found right everywhere — not just on Google

+$599/year per location

Billed annually. Managed by BSS on the Yext listings network — setup, network access, and routine monitoring included.

Your business is already listed in dozens of places you never think about — Apple Maps, Yelp, Bing, GPS apps, voice assistants, industry directories. Most were filled in years ago, by someone else, and some are wrong right now. We build one approved record of your business facts, push it to 70+ supported sites through the Yext network, and watch it all year. Change your hours or phone number once — we handle the rest.

The outcome: customers stop hitting old numbers, wrong hours, and dead links wherever they find you. And because Google and AI search tools cross-check your details across the web, a consistent story supports how often — and how confidently — they show your business to the next customer.

Your part: confirm your business details, connect accounts securely, verify when a site asks, and tell us before something changes.

Make every listing agree with me
Who does what, coverage, and limits
BSS handles
  • One master record built from info you approve
  • Standard network access for one eligible location
  • Matching eligible listings and submitting supported core facts
  • Sending routine approved changes and monitoring sync status
  • Reviewing potential duplicates and submitting supported suppression requests after your approval
  • A quarterly status and performance recap using available platform data
You provide
  • Correct name, address or service area, phone, website, hours, categories, and supported links
  • Holiday and seasonal hours before they take effect
  • Authorized account connections — never shared passwords
  • Publisher verification and supporting evidence
  • Approval before sensitive changes or duplicate requests
  • Notice of direct edits made on connected sites

Good to know: Local Presence is hands-on care for Google; Listings Sync carries your approved core facts to the supported sites beyond Google. When both are active, one approved record keeps them aligned. Exact sites and fields vary by location, category, eligibility, and network availability, and publisher counts may change. Each publisher controls acceptance, verification, timing, display, and ranking. Industry-specific upgrades and complex remediation are quoted first.

Add-on · Content Engine · 4 emails + 1 blog monthly

Stay in front of your customers without writing a word

+$199/month per location

Writing, formatting, and scheduling included. Email-delivery usage is separate and depends on your list size.

The customers you already have are your cheapest revenue — if they hear from you. Send us one short brief a month and we turn it into four customer emails and one blog article (up to 1,000 words), then format, test, and schedule everything after you approve it. The blog goes to your connected GHL site — or we hand it to your website team, ready to publish.

For social media: we set up the scheduler and show you how it works. Your team picks the posts, the channels, and the times.

Your part: one monthly brief (4 email topics + 1 blog topic), accurate offer details, an email list of people you're allowed to market to, and one approval from one decision-maker.

Write next month's content for me
Who does what, and what's not included
BSS handles
  • Four written, formatted customer emails each month
  • One blog article of up to 1,000 words each month
  • Brand voice, formatting, links, and test sends
  • Scheduling approved emails and a connected GHL blog
  • One monthly calendar and one revision round
  • Social Planner setup and basic scheduling guidance
You provide
  • Four email topics, offers, updates, or messages
  • One blog topic plus your facts, expertise, sources
  • Correct dates, prices, terms, links, disclaimers, and approved images
  • An email list of people you're allowed to market to, plus a verified sending setup
  • One review and approval from one decision-maker by the agreed deadline
  • Social posts, channel selection, scheduling, and responses — your team runs social

Good to know: when paired with Local Presence, approved campaign themes may guide its weekly Google posts — they don't create extra posts. Missing or late input moves the affected production date. Unused production doesn't roll over. Extra volume, research-heavy or regulated content, custom graphics, and original video are quoted separately.

Common questions

Is a live person answering my phone?

No — and we say that plainly. Revenue Engine is an automated answering and follow-up system BSS builds, runs, and monitors on your connected lines. It answers with the questions and scripts you approve, books or routes the caller, and texts back missed calls instantly. Unusual requests, complaints, and sales decisions always hand off to your designated person. That's the difference from the live answering services in the comparison above: they bill by the minute for a human message-taker; this runs around the clock for a flat monthly fee plus metered usage.

Are there costs beyond the listed prices?

Revenue Engine has a $999 one-time setup fee, and phone, text, AI, and email-delivery usage is billed by volume — we show the enabled services, rates, and a usage estimate before activation. Taxes, required carrier registration, optional industry-specific Listings upgrades, publisher-required paid relationships, and separately scoped project work are always disclosed before they're charged. Standard Listings Sync network access is included in its $599 annual price.

Can I cancel?

Monthly services renew month to month and can be cancelled for future renewals under the service agreement. If you leave, BSS promptly removes its manager access and permissions — your business keeps ownership and control of its profile and accounts. Listings Sync is purchased for the annual term shown; if you don't renew, active distribution and BSS monitoring stop — existing listings generally remain, but each publisher decides what stays, and info can drift out of date again. Completed setup, incurred usage, and a billing period already started aren't refundable unless the agreement says otherwise.

What's the difference between Local Presence and Listings Sync?

Local Presence is hands-on care for your Google profile: current info, weekly posts, review monitoring, approved replies, and a monthly summary. Listings Sync carries your core facts — name, address, phone, website, hours, categories — beyond Google to the other supported sites customers and AI assistants check. Run both and we keep everything aligned from one approved record.

What does the $599/year for Listings Sync pay for?

A year of active service, not a one-time submission: standard network access for one eligible location, setup and matching, routine approved updates, sync monitoring, ordinary issue follow-up, duplicate review, and a quarterly status recap using available platform data. Consistent, synced listings also strengthen the data trail search engines and AI assistants use when deciding whether to show and recommend your business. We deliver it through HighLevel's Listings service with Yext as the network provider — you work with and pay BSS, and we handle everything within the stated scope. Major moves, rebrands, ownership disputes, complex duplicate cleanup, and optional industry upgrades are quoted separately before work begins.

How fast do listing updates show up?

We submit approved changes from your central record. Many sites update within 24–72 hours; some take up to a week or ask for extra verification. Each publisher controls its own timing and display, so we can't promise instant or universal publication.

Does BSS post to social media?

No. With Content Engine we set up the social scheduler and show your team how to use it. Your team creates or picks the posts, chooses the connected channels, and schedules them; the platform publishes at the times you choose, subject to each network's rules. Comments and messages stay with your team.

Do you guarantee rankings, leads, or revenue?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. We document the work we complete, the systems we configure, and what happens in your included channels. Google and other publishers control search results; demand, competition, pricing, and your team's close rate drive business outcomes. BSS doesn't guarantee rankings, placement, lead volume, reviews, revenue, or ROI.

Not sure which fits? Start with 15 minutes.

We'll find the problem worth solving, show you the real cost, and explain exactly who does what. If nothing here fits, we'll tell you that too.
