    What Content Engine does

Four things, on a steady schedule

Content only works if it actually goes out. We make sure your email and blog do — written, scheduled, and sent in your voice, without you managing it.

    Weekly email campaign

One campaign email written, built, scheduled, and sent to your list every week — promotions, service reminders, seasonal pushes, and nurture content in your voice.

    Monthly blog post

One SEO-minded blog post published to your site each month — service explainers, local angles, and customer questions answered, written in your brand voice.

    Schedule your own social

Connect your Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile accounts and schedule your own posts from one place. You create and publish the social content; the platform holds the calendar.

    Scheduled & sent for you

We build the calendar, load the content, and hit send. You approve in advance — you don't have to remember to publish anything.

    The 60-day workflow

How a week of content gets made

You provide the raw material 60 days out. We handle everything between then and send day.

    1

You send it 60 days out

You provide your promotions, offers, brand-voice notes, copy, and assets at least 60 days before they go live. One batch is fine — we'll map it to a calendar.

    2

    We build the editorial calendar

We turn your input into a 60-day schedule — which email goes when, which blog post pairs with it, and what each week promotes.

    3

    We write, build & schedule

Each email and blog post is written in your voice, built into the platform, and scheduled for its send date — all ahead of time.

    4

    You approve, we send

You get a preview window to approve or adjust before anything goes out. Once approved, sending is automatic — every week, on schedule.

    Why 60 days?

It gives us time to map your promotions to a calendar, write and build everything in your voice, and give you a real approval window — instead of rushing a same-week email that reads like one. Less lead time means less polish; 60 days is what keeps it consistent.

    Your inputs

What you provide, 60 days ahead

You don't have to write the emails or blog posts. You give us the raw material — the promotions, the voice, the copy, and the assets — and we turn it into finished, scheduled email and blog content.

One batch is fine. Send us a quarter's worth of promotions at once and we'll map it to a 60-day calendar. You don't have to send something every week.

    Promotions & offers

The deals, seasonal pushes, service reminders, and specials you want promoted — dates, discount terms, and any restrictions.

    Brand voice & guidelines

How you sound. Tone, phrases you use, phrases you don't, and any style preferences. We learn it once and write to it every week.

    Copy & messaging

Key messages, headlines, or talking points you want included. Bullet points are fine — we turn them into finished copy.

    Assets

Logos, photos, graphics, brand colors, and any imagery you want used. You own it, we just put it to work.

    Requires Revenue Engine

Content Engine is built on Revenue Engine's platform — it uses the same lead inbox, SMS pipeline, and reporting infrastructure. Every email and blog post we send needs a place for responses to land and get followed up on.

    Revenue Engine — $399/mo + $999 setup

Call coverage, missed-call text-back, automated review collection, unified lead inbox, and GBP Management — the whole front door. Content Engine runs on top of this so every campaign has follow-up built in.

    Scope boundaries

    What this doesn't include

    • Paid advertising spend, boosted post budgets, and ad campaign management
    • Custom graphic design or branded asset creation beyond what you supply
    • Photography, video, or original photo shoots
    • Full SEO campaigns, link building, and technical SEO audits
    • Custom landing pages or website work beyond your included site
    • Email list building, list cleaning, or deliverability consulting beyond standard sending
    • Community management, DM responses, and real-time social engagement
    • Locations beyond the one it's configured for
    • Metered email sending charges, billed separately at disclosed rates

We write and send content from material you supply. We don't create your brand assets, run your ads, or build your SEO campaign — those are scoped separately.

It's a content engine. It is not a marketing department.

    Questions & Answers

    Frequently asked questions

One campaign email sent to your list every week and one blog post published to your site every month. Both are written in your brand voice, built into the platform, scheduled, and sent for you after you approve them. You also get social scheduling tools inside the platform for the channels you connect, which you post to yourself.

Content Engine is built on top of Revenue Engine's platform — it uses the same lead inbox, SMS pipeline, and reporting infrastructure. Revenue Engine ensures every piece of content we send has a place for responses to land and get followed up on. Without it, you'd be sending content into a void.

Sixty days gives us time to map your promotions to a calendar, write and build everything, and give you a real approval window — instead of rushing a same-week email that reads like one. If you send material less than 60 days out, we'll still schedule it, but the lead time is what keeps the quality consistent.

That's fine. Promotions are one input — we also write service explainers, seasonal reminders, customer-question posts, and nurture content. Tell us what matters this quarter and we'll fill the calendar with it.

No. You provide the raw material — promotions, offers, key messages, brand-voice notes, and assets — and we do the writing, building, scheduling, and sending for email and blog. You approve before anything goes out. Social is different: you connect your own channels and schedule your own posts from the platform.

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile connect by default, and you schedule your own posts to them from inside the platform. Other channels may be available — ask during onboarding and we'll confirm what's possible for your accounts. Big Show Systems does not write or schedule social content for you.

Yes. Every email and blog post gets a preview window for your approval before its scheduled date. You can approve, request one revision round, or push it back.

The base plan is one email per week and one blog post per month. Additional sends are quoted separately and agreed before we start — no surprise invoices.

Yes. Monthly plans are month to month and you can cancel any time. Listings Sync is the one exception: it is an annual term that renews automatically unless you cancel before the term ends.
