    What operators ask us first

    Yes. Every location is managed as its own profile with its own hours, categories, services, phone number, and service area. Nothing is templated across your footprint unless you ask us to template it. Seasonal and holiday hours are handled per location, so a store that closes early on Sundays does not inherit the schedule of one that does not.

    Yes. You get one monthly summary covering the whole footprint, with a per-location breakdown underneath it: what was posted, what was corrected, which reviews came in and how they were answered, and what is still open. The rollup is what most operators read; the detail is there when a specific location needs attention.

    We find it, tell you the same week, and start the appeal. We prepare and file reinstatement appeals through Google's official channels and in line with Google's Guidelines for Representing Your Business, including documentation and video verification where Google asks for it. We cannot guarantee Google's internal decisions, and no provider can. What we commit to is that a suspension does not sit unnoticed and that you are not the one assembling the paperwork.
