We do not guarantee search rankings, placement in local results, lead volume, call volume, appointment volume, review counts, review ratings, revenue, profit, or return on investment. Google controls rankings and changes its systems without notice. Whether a customer calls, books, or leaves a review is decided by that customer. What we commit to is performing the work in your written scope and reporting on what we did.

Google and Google Business Profile are trademarks of Google LLC. Google Business Profiles are free to create and manage yourself; our fee covers ongoing management, not access to Google.
Profile suspensions and reinstatement
We prepare and file reinstatement appeals through Google's official channels and in line with Google's Guidelines for Representing Your Business. We cannot guarantee Google's internal decisions, and no provider can.
Automated assistants and recording
Calls answered by systems we configure are handled by an automated assistant, which identifies itself as such at the start of the call. Where call recording is enabled for your account, the assistant also announces that the call is being recorded. The assistant is designed to hold a natural conversation, not to be mistaken for a person.
Third-party pricing
Metered phone, text, email, and AI charges are set by carriers and platform vendors and can change. Our published rates include our administrative margin. Your rate card is provided in writing before anything is activated.
